Our September 26th potluck will feature a return visit from one of our favorites. Cassandra Herbert, will present "Living in Rhythm: Seasonal Wellness for More Energy, Ease and Vibrancy" As we transition into autumn, nature invites us to slow down, nourish ourselves differently, and reconnect with our natural rhythms. Join Cassandra Herbert, nurse, clinical herbalist, and holistic wellness coach, to discover how seasonal foods, herbs, and simple lifestyle practices can support our energy, mood, and overall well-being. Cassandra bridges her deep clinical background in nursing and psychotherapy with mindful, holistic health practices to help us live in tune with the season. Ready to cultivate more ease and vibrancy in your everyday life? Join us!
