Features lifestyle-medicine presentations, exercise professionals, and 100% healthy vegan food. Requires a mandatory per-person registration fee ($99 early bird, deadline passed; now $299) plus separately booking a stateroom through the cruise's travel agent -- registering here does not include the cabin.
