From endurance racing to a snack brand

Lindsay's fitness and nutrition background, including obstacle course races and half marathons, drove her search for a small, portable, genuinely nourishing snack, which became Noshy roughly a year ago. The protein popper line comes in four flavors, Key West Key Lime, Nutty Nosh, Mocha Madness, and Cinnamon Swirl, each delivering around 30 grams of protein and 10 grams of fiber per 18-pack, and dairy-free, gluten-free, nut-free, and soy-free depending on the line.

Built with accessibility in mind

Noshy also makes a Lotsa Motsa line built from Medjool dates, unsalted peanut butter, and dairy-free chocolate, available in regular or gluten-free. Every ingredient decision was made to keep the products accessible across dietary restrictions, kosher-certified, no artificial ingredients, and no added sugar beyond natural dates and maple syrup.
