New York's vegan scene is bold, diverse, and deeply rooted in culture and activism. This December, Vegans Explore heads to NYC for a full vegan experience — iconic restaurants, hidden gems, an animal sanctuary visit, and the Plant Based World Expo.
Each December the Javits Center transforms into a massive gathering for the plant-based movement — hundreds of exhibitors showing next-generation meats, dairy alternatives, and sustainable products, alongside founders, chefs, and innovators shaping the industry. This year's expo runs December 2–3, 2025 at the Jacob Javits Center.
Vegans Explore is officially launching a New York City directory, free for a limited time while the community builds out. Vegan businesses, restaurants, and organizations in NYC can submit a listing at vegansexplore.com/directory to get featured across the podcast, vlog, and social channels. This trip is also about partnership — connecting with brands, funders, and creators who want to help amplify the movement city by city.
