After closing L’Artisane Bakery, Carolina Molea introduces Casa Terra, a concept rooted in nourishment and balance. While not fully Vegan, Casa Terra features more than 30 Vegan dishes and a dedicated menu. Carolina’s mission focuses on health and inclusivity, blending her background in pastry with her studies in Clinical Nutrition.
