Sean is building a 53-point operating system, the LESARUSS Blueprint, meant to demystify what it actually takes to run a brand, business, or nonprofit so any piece of the puzzle is documented rather than living only in one founder's memory. The goal isn't to run Vegans Explore alone, it's to build a repeatable system he can hand to other founders, businesses, and nonprofits making a positive impact, with Vegans Explore itself as the first real test case.
Sean describes his own role less as the public face of a movement and more as the systems architect working behind the scenes, building the structure that lets other leaders focus on connecting with people. March is being used as a staging ground, with a fuller relaunch, organized around clear cycles, revenue, and membership, targeted for April 1.
