The Grateful Platter features Herbed Butter Turkey with roasted garlic gravy, cornbread dressing, coconut kale collards, chipotle cheddar mac and cheese, and Parkerhouse rolls. The Thankful Feast offers comforting meatloaf with brown gravy, mashed potatoes, greenbean casserole, corn on the cob, and maple cinnamon cornbread. Dessert includes peach cobbler and caramel cheesecake. Guests can also choose the Side Peace Platter with four sides and a choice of bread.
My Organic Corner
This Thanksgiving menu offers a delicious selection of Vegan dishes sold by the pound. Guests can order hearty lentil meatloaf with roasted walnuts and spices, creamy mashed sweet potatoes, rich cremini mushroom gravy, sautéed green beans, and pumpkin bread loaf. For dessert, a variety of raw Vegan cakes are available including sneakers, carrot, tiramisu, and strawberry. All items are organic, non GMO, gluten free, and made from scratch. Preorders are required and pickup is scheduled for November 26.

On October 24, Vegans Explore hosted its first live event in Davie, Florida, featuring a raw food demo by Ron Arundel, companion animal care discussions with Florida Animal Rescue Alliance, music by EDM artist 1111, and food by Veggie Links. Christopher’s Kitchen West Palm Beach Grand Opening
