The Visit Lauderdale Food & Wine Festival returns in January 2026, celebrating South Florida’s vibrant culinary culture with a growing focus on wellness, sustainability, and plant-based cuisine. This year’s lineup includes groundbreaking dinners that spotlight local Vegan chefs and elevate conscious dining experiences unlike anything seen before in the region.
Flow & Feast with Divine Wave Sound and 2 The Roots
Wednesday, January 21 at 6:00 p.m.
Location: MAD Arts Museum, 481 S Federal Hwy, Dania Beach, FL
Tickets: $125 per person
Hosted inside the immersive MAD Arts Museum, “Flow & Feast” is an evening where wellness, art, and plant-based dining come together in perfect harmony. Guests will begin with a yoga and sound bath experience led by Michelle Rassner Cash and Rich Gausman of Divine Wave Sound, surrounded by stunning, interactive art installations.
Afterward, attendees will enjoy an elevated Vegan dining experience curated by Chef Gabriel and Chef Erica of 2 The Roots, both formerly of Planta and MintyZ. The evening will feature innovative plant-based dishes paired with organic and biodynamic wines from Frey Vineyards and Kwaya Wines, along with botanical elixirs and wellness beverages.
Guests will also have private access to explore more than 20 art installations within MAD Arts, offering a unique fusion of mindfulness, creativity, and community. Only 30 tickets are available, with proceeds benefiting Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital.
Allergen-Free Pairings with Sommelier Tal Cohen, Chef Toon, and Chef Maya Izquierdo

For those seeking a more intimate culinary experience, “Allergen-Free Pairings” presents an exploration of flavor without compromise. Sommelier Tal Cohen of The Vintage on Harrison will guide guests through four thoughtfully selected Vegan wines, paired with dishes from Chef Toon of C4 Eats and Chef Maya Izquierdo of Zalie’s.
This innovative dinner will feature three plant-based, ocean-inspired creations from C4 Eats and a decadent dessert from Zalie’s, each dish completely free of gluten, nuts, dairy, and shellfish. Despite being allergen-free, every course promises bold, complex flavors and textures that redefine what conscious dining can be.
With only 30 seats available, the evening offers a rare opportunity to experience Vegan cuisine at its most refined. Proceeds also benefit Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital, making every bite part of a greater cause.
Collaboration Dinner at Steelpan with The Rabbit Hole featuring Chef Craig Brown, Chef Owen Henry and Chef Samuel Woods

An inventive plant-based collaboration brings together Chefs Craig Brown and Owen Henrey of Steelpan alongside Chef Samuel Woods of The Rabbit Hole for a multi-course dining experience centered around Chunk Foods. Each course is thoughtfully paired with wines from Frey Vineyards for a cohesive and elevated evening.
This collaborative dinner celebrates creativity, flavor, and inclusivity, offering a menu designed to excite Vegans, vegetarians, flexitarians, and curious diners alike. Guests can expect bold, satisfying dishes that push beyond expectations of plant-based cuisine.
If you would like to sit with friends who purchased tickets in a separate order, please email Visit Florida Food & Wine no later than three days before the event so accommodations can be arranged. Guests with dietary restrictions should also email at least three days in advance so the team can do their best to accommodate.
