The Vegans Explore crew recently had an unforgettable day at Disney’s Hollywood Studios in Orlando, FL, where we dove into the vibrant world of plant-based dining options the park has to offer. 🌱🍴 Joining forces with John Thomas, aka @thebodybuildingvegan, and Ali Martinez, @conscious_living_with_ali, we set out to discover the best vegan-friendly dishes in the park—spoiler alert: we were not disappointed!

Whether you’re a lifelong vegan or simply looking to try something new, Disney’s Hollywood Studios has stepped up its game in offering plant-based options that go beyond just salads. Here’s a look at some of our favorite finds from the day.

1. Giant Bavarian Pretzels at Baseline Tap House

Our first stop was Baseline Tap House, where we couldn’t resist the giant Bavarian pretzels. These pretzels are as big as your head and pair perfectly with a variety of dipping sauces (just ask for the vegan-friendly options). This is the ultimate comfort food to fuel you up as you explore the park’s thrilling rides and attractions. Pro tip: Pair your pretzel with one of their local craft beers or non-alcoholic drinks to complete the experience.

2. Vegan-Friendly Burgers at Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater

Next on the list was the Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater, a must-visit for its fun, 1950s-style drive-in movie ambiance. And guess what? They offer a vegan-friendly burger that blew us away! This burger is juicy, flavorful, and served with a side of crispy fries—everything you need to satisfy your cravings in between rides and shows. You can even sit back in a retro car booth and enjoy a black-and-white sci-fi film while you eat. 🌟

3. Plant-Based Tacos at Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo

As fans of “Star Wars,” we couldn’t miss out on the chance to visit Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo in Galaxy’s Edge. While we geeked out over the Millennium Falcon, we also discovered some out-of-this-world plant-based tacos. These tacos are made with plant-based protein and fresh vegetables, wrapped in warm tortillas that will have you coming back for more. Whether you’re a “Star Wars” fan or just love good food, this is a stop you don’t want to skip.

4. Ronto-less Wrap at Ronto Roasters

Another hidden gem in Galaxy’s Edge is the Ronto-less Wrap at Ronto Roasters. This savory plant-based wrap features vegan sausage, spicy kimchi slaw, and a tangy garlic sauce, all wrapped in pita bread. The balance of flavors and textures in this dish makes it one of the most unique and satisfying vegan options in the park. It’s a filling, flavorful treat that feels like a celebration in your mouth!

5. Sweet Treats at Trolley Car Café

No day at Disney is complete without a little something sweet, and the Trolley Car Café delivered just that. While known for its Starbucks coffee, the café also offers a range of vegan-friendly baked goods, perfect for a quick pick-me-up as you stroll through the park. Try their vegan cupcakes or a refreshing fruit-based dessert to satisfy your sweet tooth without missing a beat.

Our Final Thoughts: Vegans Rejoice!

Disney’s Hollywood Studios is truly a vegan’s playground, offering delicious plant-based dishes that cater to all tastes. From savory meals to sweet treats, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Whether you’re teaming up with friends like we did with @thebodybuildingvegan and @conscious_living_with_ali or exploring solo, Disney makes it easy to indulge in the magic of vegan food.
